Riders have a right to make demands and seek accountability from SFMTA. When we reach out with concerns, call out safety risks, or make a 3-1-1 report, there is no follow through. SFMTA’s impunity must end. We will not let SFMTA pit riders against each other, instead we blame mismanagement and corruption.
